・Do you have a physical store?

ShisColor is an online store and does not have a physical store.

・Can you tell me the regular holiday and business hours?

We are open on weekdays only, and are closed on weekends and holidays.

In addition, in the case of long holidays such as Golden Week and the year-end and New Year holidays, we may be closed separately. We will inform you on ShisColor's SNS (Instagram, Twitter, LINE @). Please note that we cannot ship products or respond to inquiries on holidays.

・I have a loose item I want, can you find it for me? Also, if it is not posted on the web, can you show it?

We are unable to respond to inquiries about products other than those listed on our website.

Especially for loose items, there are individual differences such as subtle colors and atmospheres, and each customer has different tastes and sensitivities. The main reason is that there is a limit to what we can do, and it is difficult to meet 100% of customer requests. Thank you for your understanding.

・Do you reserve items?

Only after payment is made, please contact us to reserve the product.

・Can I cancel after purchase?

If you purchased by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours.

・About returns

Unless the product is defective, we generally do not accept returns.

We try to make the colors of the photos posted in our shop look the same as the actual product, but it may look slightly different from the actual product depending on the lighting conditions at the time of shooting and your monitor settings. In addition, due to the characteristics of natural stone products, there are always scratches, chips, and inclusions.

In our store, we take pictures to convey these information as much as possible, so please forgive us for returns due to slight differences in the image. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.
