In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or incomplete, we will respond by returning it or exchanging it. In the event of an initial defect or wrong item, we will exchange or refund after returning the item by cash on delivery.

As with AGL member identification agencies, in the unlikely event that the results described in the quality assurance certificate issued by ShisColor are different from objective facts, we will provide a full refund, return shipping, sorting and identification fee.

Basically, we will ship within 5 to 7 business days after purchase, but this may not be the case during the busy season.
